Creative workshops
Art, music, board games and activities that open space for expression.
Free time
A quiet space to rest, chat or just observe. No obligation.
Good to know before coming
- Meetups are free and facilitated by trained moderators.
- You can come accompanied by a family member or caregiver.
- There is a calm space for when you need a break.
- No one is required to participate in everything — we respect your time.
